• until baby is 16 weeks old • a healthy sleep foundations plan • a private 75-minute online consultation call (either in Luxembourgish, French, English or German) to go over the healthy sleep foundations plan details and any questions you might have; this consultation can take place before your little one arrives * This is not sleep training, as babies younger than 4 months are not ready for "formal" sleep training until they are able to go longer in between feeds and their circadian rhythm starts to develop.
