Service Description

• 3 week duration • a preliminary evaluation using a detailed questionnaire to better understand your baby's sleep habits and routines, as well as your family's sleep goals • a detailed, fully customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s needs and family's sleep goals • a private 75-minute online consultation call (either in Luxembourgish, French, English or German) to go over the detailed and personalized sleep plan, as well as any questions you may have • Follow up support: - four 15-minute calls during our two weeks together - three week daily sleep log tracking via a sleep consulting app - three week unlimited messaging via a sleep consulting app (I will reply once at the end of the same business day, except on Sundays.) • Goodbye package with resources for dealing with potential future sleep issues ** The duration displayed is for the first consultation only, but the price is for the complete package. You will have access to the calendar to book your follow up calls after the first consultation.
