Packages
Newborn
0 – 3 months
Welcoming a new baby is all about finding a new balance. It can be a little bit overwhelming at times and comes with so many questions and worries. Setting good sleep foundations shouldn't be one of them.

With the newborn package, designed for babies from 0 – 3 months, I can guide and prepare you to set good sleep foundations from day one. We are not talking about sleep training here, as babies younger than 4 months are not ready for "formal" sleep training until they are able to go longer in between feeds and their circadian rhythm starts to develop. Setting good sleep foundations however, will allow you to get the hang of this new routine and create an optimal sleep environment for your little one; and most importantly, avoid falling into a vicious circle of bad sleep habits that will lead to those sleepless nights that everyone keeps talking about. This will allow you to focus on what is most important: getting to know each other and finding yourself in this new family constellation, while leaving all the other worries behind.
Baby
4 - 18 months
The newborn days are behind you, and what seemed like a temporary sleepless situation has now turned into the norm. Maybe you find yourself having to rock and bounce your baby to sleep for hours at bedtime. Maybe your baby wakes up several times per night, struggles with short naps, or wakes up way too early for you to be ready to brace the day. Or maybe your baby has been a good sleeper until recently, but now his or her sleep patterns have changed.

This package is designed for babies aged 4 – 18 months and is perfect for those parents that are tired of sleepless nights and wondering if they will ever sleep again. I will be by your side to compassionately guide you to getting your baby to fall asleep on his or her own and sleep through the night.

Toddler
19 - 30 months
A lot of parents assume that having a newborn or baby means they will just not sleep for a while and that things will get better with time. But what if the months go by and you realize that things just don't get better?

Maybe you feel like bedtime is a constant battle? Or that your child didn't quite get the hang of learning to sleep independently and wants to bedshare with you, wakes up several times a night, or in the early morning hours? I'm here to tell you that it’s never too late to help your child learn to fall asleep on his or her own, and to sleep through the whole night.
